Charge 5 blank screen

my fitbit charge 5 suddenly stop working with black screen(the back part still blinking green light)i tried restarting it by clicking the charger button 3x but still wont open,is there any repair center i can bring it to?,pls help

Hi, @tinz2022 unfortunately Fitbit does not offer any repair services or run or authorise any repair centres.  However, I would try the button restart procedure a few more times as a single restart does not always work.  You could also try changing the clock face .  If this solves the blank screen issue you can return to the previous clock face if preferred.
