Hey!
Over the past week I have had the recurring issue of my screen not responding, despite restarting (fitbit logo appears for about a second before it goes blank again).
The first time this happened, the Charge 5 wouldn't charge. The next day it worked as normal again. A few days later, it also had charging issues, but it still managed to charge after a while.
Yesterday, I charged it in the evening, and the screen wouldn't work. It still records data when I wear it, but the screen is unresponsive. The restart experience is the same as previously described. When I change the clock face, the screen turns on to download the new clock face, but goes blank again after installing. I tried cleaning it, but the problem persists.
I hope there's something that can be done, because it is only about a year old.
