Charge 5 blank screen

My Fitbit was at around 80% charge and the screen just stopped working. I tried restarting it, I get the vibration feedback when I press the button on the charging cable but still nothing is displayed on the screen. How do I get this fixed. Pls help.

I've been having a roller coaster ride with my Fitbit, experiencing some similar issues as you.  I was abroad all last week and after the second day my Fitbit 5 screen just went blank; I tried restarting several times receiving the vibration all the time (after the third click) but nothing happened.  It remained blank, but interestingly it was still recording my steps, though I kept updating my phone to ensure that I did not lose any step counts, even though the fully-charged battery drained within an hour (this continues even as I type).  Miraculously, the screen lit up upon my return to the US two days ago (I was planning to discard it; this is a replacement from Fitbit as the same thing happened with my first Fitbit 5 that they were unable to fix).  However, it does not allow me to do anything: scroll up or down, enter my exercise, and it went blank again yesterday.  A few hours ago the screen lit up again and this time it vibrates when I receive notifications, but yet again I cannot scroll up or down, the screen is frozen.  Sorry for the long note, but this is uncanny and I've never experienced anything like this (I'm on my eighth Fitbit, had them beginning with Fitbit 2) and am no longer inclined to toss it but I need it to work properly, to be functional.  I did not even bother to contact Fitbit because the warranty has expired and as I alluded earlier this is a replacement.  At a loss for words!

@Utkal26 Have you performed the soft reset of your Charge 5 with the charging cable? (Restart Charge 5 | Fitbit Charge 5 User Manual

I had exactly the same issue just a while ago. I contacted Fitbit and they were able to send me a replacement. However, they didn't send me the same colour model but a random colour. FYI.

My Charge 5 didn't perform the latest firmware update, so it was a hardware failure.
