Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerI have the same issue. My screen is black. However, it is syncing with the app and charging (though the batter is draining faster than usual).
I have tried connecting to the charger and pressing the button 3 times with approximately 1 second in between and it did not work. I tried changing the clock face via the app and my screen is still black.

Best AnswerHello. My Charge 5 was working fine yesterday. Then the screen was unresponsive despite double tapping the screen. Seems to be charging okay. Tried the restart suggested - pushing the button on the flat part of the cord etc. Nothing happened. Then the status bar appeared on the screen like you would see after a reboot. This disappeared from the screen after a couple of minutes. Also attempted to "forget this device" from my phone, turned off Bluetooth and turned it on. Nothing has worked. Looking for any suggestions as to how I can get my Charge 5 working again. Thank you for your time.
