Charge 5 blank screen

Hi Fitbit Team 

Today Morning around 3.30 AM my fitbit stopped working and it started flashing fitbit logo. Initially I though battery is drained out but even after charging it for couple of hours it didn't work. I have done below listed things.

1. Charged and try to restart or reset the device by tapping 3 times and waiting for 10 seconds (infinite time).

2. Bluetooth was not connected, so tried to connect not worked.

3. Sync the device by refreshing or forced sync.

4. Tried to remove the device and add it again. Since sync wasn't working I couldn't add.

5. Now sometime it shows fitbit logo or 'X' sign in red circle.

 

Please let me know what can be done.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here but your chat got disconnected. My best advice is to get back in touch with them so they can further assist you as it seems you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps we could've provided here in the forums. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. Thanks in advance!
