My fitbit screen is black and unresponsive
I have done a couple of resets and changed the clock face but no change

Mine is doing the same.
I have restarted it multiple times, changed the watch face, and charged it fully.
It does not respond to taps or wrist movement.

My Fitbit is also stuck on the black screen and is unresponsive to taps, swipes and wrist movement.
I tried resetting with the button on the charger. It is not fixing the issue.

I also tried changing the clock. I didn't fix the unresponsive Fitbit yesterday. This morning I woke up to a responsive Fitbit. It has remained responsive all day.🤞
