Charge 5 blank screen

My charge 5 screen went dim yesterday for a minute or so then went completely blank. I have tried every reset tip mentioned in the help and other videos. 
the watch still vibrates when plugged in and when performing the reset. 
I disconnected the watch from my phone and now can not reconnect it. 
I have tried multiple times to have a chat with the support team but I get a creating chat message that just sirs on the screen. Waited over 40 mins and nothing.

I understand. Mine did the same thing. This is my 4th Fitbit product and they all failed prematurely except the Charge 2. I will no longer buy these watches. They're horribly unreliable at a premium price.
