Charge 5 blank screen

My screen has also gone dead on my charge five and it will not respond to any actions I take including resetting it . it would be great if someone could contact me.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not turning on. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, may I know if you tried charging your Charge 5? Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

I’m having the same issue, I’ve tried the 3 button press and trying to change my lock but my phone can’t find the device

I am sorry that you are also experiencing this problem. Thus far, no one has come up with a fix, which is very disappointing. I would not have expected a total sudden failure of this product without someone knowing what could have caused it.
