Fitbit Charge 5 - black screen not sync

Hi,

my fitbit charge 5 doesn't work. Black screen, not possible sync on app. I cannot reset nor update firmware from app. What can I do?

Not under warranty anymore.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Charge 5 doesn't work (black screen not syncing to the app). 
Thank you for the troubleshooting efforts.
I'll be glad to suggest you some advices. 

Could you please confirm: 
If you have already tried to sync your device ? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Have you already tried restarting the device ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Finally, I recommend you to change the clock face as shown in the following help article : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Try all those. Still black. Vibrates and showing just fitbit logo for 2-3 secs sometimes, than black again.
