Steps posted about restarting Fitbit Charge 5 to fix blank screen did not work. Want to try other suggestion to change clock face but steps to do that are not correct for a Charge 5.

Please let me know if you see any lights on the back of the device. Do you feel any vibration when trying to restart it?
