Charge 5 went blank last week. Tried to reset it a few times. Now all I do is get a blank screen. Fireware, 57.20001.188.5

I am having the same issue. Appears that lots of folks are having the issue but fitbit will only offer 35% discount for devices past the 1 year even for their mistake. https://gadgetsandwearables.com/2023/07/08/fitbit-charge-5-bricked-device-firmware-update/
