Charge 5 blank screen

My Charge 5 has been great. Today it went black. It vibrates when pushing the button 2 times. The face says black. 2nd Charge 5 this year to do this. Help!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Definitely try the troubleshooting steps, and contact customer service if that doesn't work. If your device is out of warranty, they'll offer you a 35% off coupon to purchase a new Fitbit (does not stack with other discounts). If you purchased with a credit card, sometimes they offer an extended warranty for electronics.
