Charge 5 blank screen

I've tried all the tips I've read in the forums. Nothing has worked.  It's still tracking on the app- just not working on the watch, which defeats the purpose for me. 

It's extremely frustrating - this is the third time for me and I think it's the last fitbit for me.

My Charge 5 is only 4 months old and I am having the same problem. I will contact support for a replacement. I'm seriuosly thinking about ditching the Fitbit brand after my other Fitbits died just after a year.

I couldn't get my charge 5 to charge.  Waited a day now it will charge but my heartrate and tracking isn't working.  They will send you a coupon code for a new one, but they don't have any products available.  Time to switch
