While charging my Charge 5 I noticed the FitBit Logo going on and off. When I removed it from the charger I had a black screen. Have tried to reset several times. Have cleaned the back and the cable connection. Changed to a different charging cable. Still getting a black screen. Google software glitch? Never had this problem until after the update was recently installed. Please help.
