Charge 5 blank screen

Charge 5 has lasted 6 months before packing in, it vibrates but the screen is black. As it was a replacement for a charged 4, the customer service are saying the warranty isnt carried over. I really wish that I had stayed with my trusted Garmin. I will never but a fitbit again

Hi there, @Lancslurcher. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your Charge 5. I understand how you must be feeling. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

On a side note and based on your post, may I know if you already contacted our Support Team to report this issue?
