A few months ago my charge 5 screen went black and I reached out to support today (and they said the warranty team would get back to me) but I’ve had this for just under 2 years. I absolutely want another fitness tracker but Im really frustrated and want something that’s going to last longer than two years. Is getting the Charge 6 worth it? Will support be able to help with anything?
