My charge 5 worked for several weeks. The data still inputs into the app. The screen shows only a white back light. I have tried the reset on the charger, deleting and trying to add the device (Duh, I cannot see the pairing number). STill the same outcome, blank backlight only. If you have a suggestion please let me know. Cheers!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the blank screen of your Charge 5.
In order to improve the situation, I recommend you do the following:
- Sync your Charge 5.
- Restart it following the steps here, make sure to check the Charge 5 steps, please.
- Change the clock face of your Charge 5.
Let me know how it goes once I you've tried this.
