I wore my fitbit charge 5 to bed. it was still working before I went to bed. Woke up and the screen did not come on. It stayed on black screen and did not respond. Have plugged in the charge cable and reset numerous times. Now stuck on logo screen when charged. Also does not sync to the app anymore.
Any suggestion please.

Hello, I too had same issue and I called for support. They had me do a reset from the power cord (press button three times) and it resynced with phone. I changed the clock face to a new format and it downloaded a new program and it started to work again. The battery life went from 5 days to 8 hours and I called back referencing my first call number and they emailed me a 50% discount to purchase a Charge 6. This was all after the last upgrade was pushed to the watch. I think the upgrade has made changes to the watch to cause these issues so we purchase a newer model. Good luck!

Thank you @Redgranite.User and @RiekoC for your suggestion. Unfortunately it does not sync with my phone anymore as well so changing clock face is not possible.
