My watch said battery low when it was at 20%. I charged it to 65%, then it went black and will not display anything. I tried the reset button on the cable, it vibrates but still won't show anything. How do I get it to work.

Hi there, @mickearl @Rocky55. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 5 devices have gone blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

This is true
no one from Fitbit will care
they are busy putting our devices out of service and sending coupons to buy new ones.
the company is scamming people

Try all their suggestions. When nothing works, best they'll do is probably offer you 35% off a new device. Fitbit simply don't have Tech advisors or repair centres, they only have Customer Advisors with limited resources bound by current company policies. Google when they fully take over in 2025 will surely rectify this kind of scenario. The way I see it, you can reflash a mobile phone with previous firmware manually on pc, so why not have a Tech Advisor talk you through how to do it with your fitbit firmware, provide a link, software for pc or something !?
