Charge 5 blank screen

Won't respond. Bkack screen . I've tried everything to reset. Won't respond at all. I even attempted to set it up as new device but Bluetooth Won't even work 

Update: Oops. Hit button too fast. It's a charge 5

I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 5 is still blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, I'd like to know if the Charge 5 is completely blank or it does shows the Fitbit logo when you attempt to restart it? Also, I'd like to confirm that you've restarted your Charge 5 as described here

Hey I've done all the steps to try and restart it. I don't get firbit
logo.on screen but it vibrates. I have managed to get Bluetooth finding the
device again but can't re connect it because the screen is back and I can't
see the code. No matter how I try to reset the screen won't show up just
watch vibrates

Hi, Femme2 and I are having the same issue and started a separate thread. We have the Fitbit logo and I also had a red circle with an X. I’ve tried resetting with the button on the charger.
