Charge 5 bricked?

Just stopped a couple days ago. No idea why. Charges (Fitbit logo flashes) but will no longer connect to bluetooth/cannot be 'found' by my phone. Where to turn? This is my training tool!

Oh yes, maybe 50 times now lol. It vibrates, signaling a reboot, then comes up with the logo then switches to the red circle and X.

I had to switch to an old Charge 3, to avoid notable training break, and it works fine, though obviously lacking many of the features my Charge 5 has. Unfortunately I cannot connect at all to my old Charge 5, even after removing the Charge 3. Bluetooth still not 'finding' it.

Mine just quit after I plugged it in to charge. Followed troubleshooting. Have had two "chats" with Fitbit reps on the app -- TWO times they did not send the followup transcript, problem not solved, no further information. It's like talking into a black hole. my Charge 5 is a year old and I've taken care of it. Terrible.
