I've been having several issues with my Fitbit Charge 5. The most recent is the inability to swipe off of the home screen. I've tried restarting and changing the clock, both several times. It is still tracking steps, etc, but it won't respond to any swipes. The alarm clock in the morning cannot even be swiped to dismiss. Any other suggestions other than restarting from the plug or changing the clock would be very helpful.

Update: Last night when I went to charge my Fitbit Charge 5 (the charge hasn't been lasting long), the backing came off of the device. This is the third fitbit device that has broken in less than 2 years after purchasing (after the warranty has expired). I am going to have to consider other activity tracker brands moving forward.

I'm having this same problem. The calorie display at the bottom also won't cycle. The app is tracking everything normally.

Same here. Tried plugging it in and doing the three presses. Tried unpairing and repairing, changing the locks and nothing. Fitbit seems to constantly have this problem.
