Charge 5 charging issues

Battery said getting low so I charged my Fitbit charge 5. It went dead and very hot to touch.  Now it’s completely dead. Please can you replace or fix it? I wear it every day and this is really

It's concerning that your device got very hot when you charged it.

The next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the page with the contact options.
