Charge 5 crash with white strip flashing

It suddenly crash with battery level above 90%+ after about 6 month using. Now my device can't turn on at all, even for charging. I've tried push button on charging cable for three times but nothing happen. 

Please help.

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums, @arvianmr. 

Thanks for the information provided about this issue with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure. 

If you're still having the same issue after the three pulse restart that you mentioned earlier, please make sure to try these additional steps as well: 

  1. Follow these steps in case you're having trouble to charge your device. 
  2. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app by tapping your profile picture > Charge 5 > Sync Now.
  3. If you  can't sync, tap on your profile picture > Charge 5 > Tap to see if a firmware banner appears. 
  4. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.
