My Fitbit has not synced all day, and when I’ve finally got it restarted and syncing, it’s lost over 300 calories and 25 active zone minutes! Feel like I’m getting more faults on this device every week! Sort it out Fitbit

Hi, I have been had this issue happen twice now. Yesterday and just a few minutes ago. Is it a device defect or an app error? My device is less than a year old. Thank you

I’m hoping it’s an app error, I’m the same, had it since last July and it’s happened twice this month and a few times previous, my sister has the same device and has the same app issues, I’m getting a bit bored of Fitbit issues especially as all they tell you to do it reset it!

Without syncing, especially when mobile Trac is disabled, fitbit will only be able to guess at the caloric burn.

You don't mention if the calories disappeared from the tracker or the app. I'm assuming it was an app.

I ran the update a few hours ago and it lowered the number of steps for the day. Where did they go?  I did another sync but still not there.   Wish they would work out the kinks before pushing updates

The disappeared from both, I just think it’s. Joke with what these devices cost, many times not giving a true reflection coz it has many issues! I had been trying to sync it all day, Fitbit clearly had an issue that wasn’t allowing it to sync, it lost more data than calorie burn, I just didn’t list it all
