To better assist you, may I know how did you track your activities? Did you use the Exercise app on your Charge 5 or used SmartTrack?
In the meantime, please try restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps and then, try again tracking either a walk or a swim activity to see how your Charge 5 behaves.
