Hey all,
My brand new Charge 5 won't hold a charge for more than an hour. From 100% to 0% in less than 60 minutes whether I'm running, sleeping, working, or watching TV. This is obviously unacceptable.
Is anyone else seeing this phenomenon? Any ideas? As it stands, this device is useless.

If you take a look over the forum contents, you will see that many people are having issues with the Charge 5 battery life with the latest firmware. Notify Fitbit and have them open a case.
