when I use the charge 5 charger to restart the charge 5, for some reason it’s not working; I want to know if I should I get a replacement for the charge 5 pebble or not, please let me know. Thanks

Hi @Seacy you can't get just the pebble portion, as it's sold as one unit - charger, band and pebble. You try asking customer support?
