Charge 5 display and battery issues

My battery won't last a day since monday and the screen won't display at times. I haven't even had it for a full year yet

Several of us experienced battery drain and non-responsive screens on our Charge 5 devices, especially after updating to the recent firmware update.

 

Since your tracker is still under warranty, I suggest that you contact Fitbit support. They will walk you through a series of troubleshooting procedures. If none of those procedures return your device to normal operation and they confirm your Charge 5 is still under warranty, they will send you an offer to either replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. This is what I had to do when my Charge 5 experienced the same issues. So far, my replacement is working fine.
