Charge 5 display came off

I have been using Fitbit for more than 7 years starting with Charge 3, Versa  4 and now charge 5. The display assembly comes out of the case after a constant use over 2 years. Since I have face this issue in all products, I think it is a durability issue of the product design. Very disappointed after the 3rd one got into the same issue.
