My Charge 5 started having the Fitbit icon then went dead but had a red cross on the screen which eventually went. Charged it and restarted it several times. Eventually it was working but wouldnt sync so did the things the Fitbit app suggested which didnt work. Then deleted my charge 5 from app and deleted the app. Then reloaded the app and repaired the charge 5. Appeared to work for 2 days. Then Fitbit logo appeared and was unresponsive with the logo lit up then went black and completely un responsive again. This has happened several times in the last 2 weeks. Now charged and rebooted and appears to be working but why does this keep happening? It's stopping every couple of days. Anyone else have this problem. I've only had this Charge 5 2 months. Previously had a charge 5 for 2 months and similar happened and they eventually sent a refurbished one and 2 months later the same problem. Thank you
