Charge 5 display gone

Hi,

Today suddenly my charge 5 display started acting weirdly. I have tried restarting multiple times but it’s not working, it has jammed me out. I did plug it with charger & did force restart but 10 mins display went off again like this.

I am attaching images & video for your reference. Please advise solution for this, it is still under warranty period.
