Charge 5 display went dark

Purchased the Charge 5 in March 2022.  Today display went dark.  Can’t get it to come back on.  Plugged charger into usb and held the button (3 times) on the charge cord down but still no display!

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can provide you with the next steps.

I am having the same problem. I have tried the button 3 times method and it vibrates but no response on screen.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
