Charge 5 display will not turn on?

My display for my Fitbit was working like normal before I went to bed, and the couple of times I saw it light up in the middle of the night... When my alarm went off this morning nothing showed up on the screen but still vibrated like normal? I ended up poking it and touching the side to get it to stop, but now it is still a black screen. 

I have it on the charger to be at full charge and synced it this morning and nothing worked!

 

Has anyone else come across this issue?

I had that problem when mine was brand new.  I got it for Christmas and it tried to set up then went black.  I contacted the company and they sent me another (after some conversation back and forth)
