Had this Charge 5 for several months now. This morning the Charge 5 stopped working. Did the reset with 3 clicks on the charger; displays the logo for 1 second and goes black. Reconnected the Bluetooth and it seems to be updating the data on my phone app but wrist screen is still black. Have not done the firmware update yet but cannot get the wrist unit screen to activate! Help!

They had to replace mine but still have not received the replacement yet…been a month already.
