I bought the charge 5 in March this year and have had nothing but problems with it since Day 1. Since March, the screen goes blank and won't synch with my phone on a regular basis. Over the last 2 weeks, it has died completely. I have followed all of the re-set guidance available and even disconnected and tried to reconnect the Charge 5 but to no avail. It is blank and unresponsive and I cannot use it. I am really fed up with it. This is my 3rd FitBit and the worst so far. I want my money back
