Hi, my Fitbit Charge 5 won't charge anymore. On the screen it says it is charging, but after a whole day connected to USB (socket), it still gives 15% charged, like it did when I connected it. Already cleaned the connections, that didn't help. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi David,
Yes, I managed to contact Customer Support (didn't work via my standard browser). A reboot did the job, my Fitbit is charging fine now.
