My Charge 5 doesn't record the kilometers I made often

Thank you for all the information provided about this inconvenience with the Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you're experiencing this problem with a specific activity when using the GPS feature or if your device is not recording any distance at all throughout the day. In the meantime,  please try restarting your device following these steps: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Hi Davide, I saw you are italian, me too, can you please repeat the explanation in our language? My English is a bit rusty and I afraid I didn't understand all the steps. Thanks
