Hi all
I own a Charge 5 since a week and I unfortunately have evryday to struggle to sync it with the app installet on my huawei p30 lite.
This means, I have everyday to restart the charge5 everyday and try to also turn on and off the Bluetooth on my phone. This is really annoying and I already tryed the whole help process which is available on the fitbit website.

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5
Before considering other options, let me know which are the steps that you already tried and were not successful. In the meantime, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method described here below:
Keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app and not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. In addition to the restart, let me know if you were referring to all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

Hi Davide,
I tryed with your suggestion (push the button 3x times) and now finally I was able to sync it, but I also has to deactivate and reactivate the Bluetooth on my device . Yes before of that I did exactly what is explained im the link you posted. Moreover I confirm you that my device isn't one of this list. I'll test it again in the next days, thanks! Adriano

After some days of testing I, unfortunately, have to come back as I still cannot sync my Fitbit with my phone. Every day I have to try to restart the phone, activate/deactivate the Bluetooth, and or restart the Fitbit. It simply doesn't work as it should. Everything is up to date, phone and device. I also deleted the app and are installed it again.
What can I try to solve? I like the device but I cannot struggle every day like this to simply synchronize it!

Hello,
I have the same problem as described. Very annoying. Often the Charge 5 does not want to sync. Usually I have to turn on location first while the Charge 5 has its own GPS. Sometimes my heartbeat is synced, but I can't get the walk I took this afternoon. Restarted Charge 5 and phone for the 100,000th time and now they are back in sync. I think the Charge 5 is worthless if I have to go through so much effort to get the devices in sync. I've actually had enough and am going to see how I can return this worthless device and get my money back. Then I look for a device from a different brand. I also notice that there are other things that I don't like. E.g. when I do a workout I can't see the time.
