Fitbit Charge 5 does not update time when crossing into a different time zones while traveling even though the iPhone is showing the correct time. I do not have internet access while traveling. The step count does update, so I don't know why the time does not update.
Thank you to all who can tell me how to get the correct time to show on the Charge 5.

Sometimes the issue you've mentioned can be corrected by temporarily turning off automatic time zone setting.
Here's how to do that:
After having synced your Charge 5 once more, please try if turning automatic time zone setting on again will get the correct time on your device.

I'll give this a try the next time I travel. However, as I said, I won't have internet available so I'm not sure it will work because when I try to sync, I was getting error messages.
