My charge 5 stopped holding its charge a year ago (after owning it 11months). I’ve tried cleaning it, I’ve updated the software, I’ve done the charging cable reset, it still loses charge in half a day to a day.
I gave up trying to get anywhere with a refund/replacement in April with the terrible customer service but I’d like to try again.

Thanks for posting your situation in regards to the battery life of your Charge 5.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, my best recommendation would be to respond back to the information they've sent you.

I have the same problem of my Charge 5 battery draining very quickly. Both for myself and my wife’s charge 5. Do you have a solution? Both devices are know useless.
