Charge 5 dud!

My 2 week old Charge 5 is a dud, it will not stay on shuts down at 90% 87%, only way to wake it up is to plug it in.... piece of junk! Anyone else have this problem

Hi, check the battery as it drains. It might be that the battery is faulty or there's hardware problems. This doesn't happen often for people, call Fitbit Support for further notice.

Tried, text support and call support,  been told to shut off always on feature... problem the battery has sufficient charge...  the devise just dies with out a depleted battery... only way to wake it is to plug it in.... it's a piece of junk.... last fit bit ill ever purchase!!!
