Charge 5 exercise data disappeared

My Charge 5 doesn't always log my exercise.  If I add it manually it won't save and any that does log itself disappears from the app. I've restarted it numerous times and restarted my phone but its just random whether it works or doesn't.

Hello @Pandasand 

I take it that you are using auto-detect for your exercise sessions. Do you have the problem with your exercises not saving when you manually start & stop your workout from your Charge 5?

Some users found that uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app on their phone fixed their exercise issue. It might be worth a try.

  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Uninstall the app
  • Re-install the app
  • Log back into the Fitbit app
