on my Charge 5, i get false steps of an average on 10 K daily while riding my motorbike. this same issue existed when i was last using charge HR. its disappointing that Fibit dev team has been sittin on this issue for years now.

Unfortunately it's not possible to prevent the device from counting steps during a driving activity, since there's currently not a Driving Mode feature available to avoid these extra steps. However, I do recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community; this is helpful for the team of developers to continue to track popularity and demand over time.
Keep in mind that you can’t delete steps and floors; instead, you can log a non-step-based activity such as driving to override the steps or floors recorded; you can check this article for more information. Other users have also found useful to connect the device to the charger while driving, as this prevents the device from counting any steps, but this is more helpful for short drives.
