Frozen screen. Have tried all the suggested fixes with no luck. Will replacing the screen solve the problem ? Or is there a motherboard in the Charge 5 that can’t be replaced.
Replacement screens are available and have replaced screens on I phones and IPads so it doesn’t seem like a tough job.

Hi there, @Nytom. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
