My charge 5 died today. I had a message the battery was low and put it on charge within the hour but it had already gone blank. I let it charge for about an hour but it wouldn’t show anything. I rebooted it (3 presses, 1 second gaps) four time but nothing. I left it on charge for four hours and rebooted it ten times. On each reboot, after press three, there is a three second gap before a momentary vibrate but nothing further . On the reverse the green light shows occasionally but these are they only signs of life. Constant rebooting as above doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Dude same! I've tried rebooting mine several times and nothing. It's clearly on. It vibrates when I double tap it and when I try to reboot it, but there is NOTHING on the screen. I can't get it to synch either. This issue started for me last night, but my battery wasn't low.

Mine too, exactly the same. A little jolt but nothing more, just a black screen

I did change the clock face back in Nov when I bought it. Not since. And the the screen is blank I have no clue if that is involved. Thank you for your suggestion.
