Charge 5 has stopped working

My charge 5 has stopped working. It is totally blank and won’t charge.

I have tried pressing charger the button 3 times. Still nothing. There is no support on the app. Just a message saying support is on the way. 
i tried to mail but just get an automatic reply

I have exactly the same issue, suddenly discharged and now it no longer charges.. this is the second Charge HR I have, this was sent as a replacement from a previous one that had exactly the same behavior.. are they hiding hardware flaws?

I didn’t touch the Fitbit for 10days to make sure the battery completely drained. I then tried to charge it and there was a display. It is now charged and syncing ok. The display now works. There are still some problems, the screen wake doesn’t work even though it is set to auto and the heart rate monitor doesn’t work.
