Charge 5 heart rate freezing

Has anybody experienced a Charge 5 having its heartbeat freez every day since new, only a reset will get it working for another 24 hours

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they provided you with more instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
