Charge 5 - heart rate problem

Hey guys, 

I've had my Charge 5 for just over six months with no issue. However, several days ago it started showing crazy heart rates, zone minutes while I'm sitting and resting, and so on. It keeps showing I'm spending half of my day in zone minutes. Tried resetting, tried restarting, but nothing seems to work. At night, it doesn't even measure heart rate so I no longer have my sleep reports. Thanks for your help!

I am having the same issue. Started this month. This is my second fitbit and both of them have malfunctioned within less then a year of wear. Expected these to last a few years of wear.

I am having the same issue. My charge 5 is about 11 months old. My resting heart rate has gone way down to the point I'm thinking about going to the hospital. It goes down about 2-3 beats per day since September 20, 2022. My sleep score is gone because it says it can't get a stable heart rate. My gut tells me the last update screwed things up. Hopefully that is the case and I won't end up dead because my resting heart rate really is that low ... currently 47 today.
