Charge 5 is refusing to follow my HR. As soon as i went over 147 it just dropped to 100 and stayed there.  Was excited to use this product but after reading all the other posts about this issue i just realized i fell for a marketing skim.

 

A accurate one day battery samsung is still better then this...

As soon as my HR dropped under 120 it came back gloriously announcing me I'm in Fat Burning Zone...

Guess is a great tracker for my relaxing time...

Hi, it's good to see you around in the community for the fist time, @LiviuPop. 

I'm sorry to see that you've been having problems with the Charge 5 and the heart rate feature. Thanks for taking the time to share all your feedback. 

I understand that you already checked other posts related to this topic. Could you please confirm if you already tried performing a restart using the charging cable and to followed all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information?
